Activities include painting, drawing, writing, printmaking, photography, digital media, sculpture, journalling, collage and craft, just to name a few. Art Therapy assists with: anxiety and mood imbalances, quality of life and well being, pain and symptom support, processing stress, grief or loss, emotional release, nurturing a sense of self and identity, meaning and sense making, relationship strengthening, generating life interests, creating or completing legacies, or fun and enjoyment.
