About this service
Provides a mental health recovery program set within a residential setting for young people aged 16-25 with emerging or existing mental illness. The service has a strong focus on increasing: independent living skills, resilience and adaptive coping skills, autonomy, self-determination, self-awareness, self-management of illness, sense of belonging, confidence to make decisions and choices about support needs, social skills, relationships with family, and carers and community. Programs encourage positive personal growth and development as well as promoting healthy relationships. Our services develop strong and active partnerships with clinical, community health, employment, education, housing, and recreational services. Referrals via MHCSS Intake 1300 379 462
