Housing Outreach Services (Whitelion)

    Provides case management and housing outreach support services for young people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.  Also provide the Colonial Accommodation Program run from the Whitelion Frankston office. The Colonial Outreach Worker provides support around a transitional housing model within the Frankston area. These transitional houses have been secured for case managed clients of Whitelion who are ready to take this next step. This program has a set criteria and all young people entering this program have to sign an agreement to follow the program guidelines.
