  1. About this service

    Provides specialist state funded inpatient and outpatient mental health services for 0 - 25 (0 - 18 Mornington Peninsula) age range across SE Victoria. This includes multi-disciplinary assessment, crisis support, treatment planning and treatment services (psychology, psychiatry, speech pathology, OT, social work, family therapy, triage, counselling and group programs) for children, young people and their families experiencing complex mental illness. ELMHS is also available to support other services via consultation. Within ELMHS there are a number of different services available. Depending on your needs, you'll be referred to one of the following:

    • Community Teams (also known as outpatient services)
    • Adolescent Recovery Centre (ARC)
    • Stepping Stones (also called the Adolescent Psychiatric Inpatient Unit)
    • Transition Program
    • Intensive Mobile Outreach Support (IMOS)
    • Recovery and Prevention of Psychosis (RAPP)  – (available to 16-25 year olds)
