    Provides family-centred care for children and adolescents up to the age of 16. Services include speech pathology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, podiatry, dietetics, educational advisors and audiology. This service may also be able to assist with eating disorders, asthma education, diabetes education and support, toddler support groups, elective surgery and play therapy. Eligibility: Demonstrates concerns in one or more of the following area of their development: communications, social, emotional or behaviour, sensory processing, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, foot or leg, dietary and/or hearing.
