About this service
Provides a range of services and programs to help people who are living with a mental illness. Includes: one on one outreach support; PHAMs (personal helpers and mentors); PIR (Partners in Recovery); a CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) worker who coordinates care to individuals of various backgrounds including ATSI/ indigenious; and, family support services to help families with children and young people based on individual needs.
