About this service

The NDIS will become available in the Bayside Peninsula area from 1 April 2018. The Bayside Peninsula area covers the local government areas of Bayside, Frankston, Glen Eira, Kingston, Mornington Peninsula, Port Phillip, Stonnington. Partners in Recovery PIR will be transitioned out. Until then PIR will continue to provide services that aim to support people with severe and persistent mental illness with complex needs and their carers and families, by getting multiple sectors, services and supports they may come into contact with (and could benefit from) to work in a more collaborative, coordinated and integrated way - call Frankston Healthcare Medical Centre, Impact Support Services, MI Fellowship Victoria, Mind Australia, Peninsula Health Community Health, Peninsula Health Mental Health, Peninsula Support Services for more information.
