Kinship Care Service (OzChild)

    Provides a range of Kinship Care Services depending on needs and kinship arrangements in place, there are four Kinship Care Service options available to families and professionals supporting them at OzChild. Kinship care is the care provided by relatives or a member of a child’s social network when they are unable to live with their own parents. Frequently kinship carers are grandparents or a sibling of the parents but significant others, such as a family friend, a neighbour or teacher may also become a primary carer. Kinship care arrangements can be formal or informal.
