About this service
Linking Youth & Families Together (LYFT) assists young people (aged 12-21 years) and those most influential in their system to address difficulties associated with alcohol and drug issues in young people. This is achieved by supporting young people to make positive choices and reduce harm, strengthen family relationships and improve family functioning as well as ensuring that families receive the support they need via formal and informal supports.
